Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, June 2026 — Priyanka Gaur has joined Dabur Research Foundation (DRF) as Head of Human Resources. In her new role, she will lead the organization’s human capital strategy, talent management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and culture initiatives, supporting the foundation’s mission of advancing drug discovery and development through world-class scientific research and innovation.
With more than two decades of experience spanning human resources, executive search, leadership advisory, business consulting, learning and development, strategic alliances, and business leadership, Priyanka brings a unique blend of people and business expertise to her new position.
Prior to joining Dabur Research Foundation, Priyanka Gaur served as Associate Partner at FyneHand, where she advised organizations on leadership hiring, talent strategy, and organizational growth initiatives. Before that, she worked as Client Partner at NGS Global, one of the world’s leading executive search and leadership advisory firms. In this role, she partnered with both Indian and multinational clients to identify senior executive talent, strengthen leadership teams, and support organizational transformation through strategic talent interventions.
Earlier, Priyanka served as General Manager – Strategic Alliances and Sales at Reliance Entertainment, where she led the North region with full P&L responsibility. During her tenure, she collaborated with leading clients across professional services, consumer, media, entertainment, outsourcing, and digital sectors while developing strategic partnerships and delivering sustainable revenue growth through innovative brand and content solutions.
Prior to Reliance Entertainment, she held the position of Head of Human Resources at Proterial, Ltd. (formerly Hitachi Metals Group), where she successfully led talent acquisition, leadership hiring, organizational development, and compliance initiatives. She also spearheaded the High Potentials Program and played a pivotal role in establishing multiple digital integration knowledge centers across India. During this period, she strengthened leadership pipelines and drove initiatives focused on workplace culture and employee development.
Earlier in her career, Priyanka founded and led her own consulting practice, advising organizations on talent management, leadership hiring, and organizational transformation. She also served as Chief Manager – Learning and Development at Escorts Kubota Limited, leading enterprise-wide learning initiatives. Her previous HR leadership experience includes roles with NDTV, where she specialized in compensation and benefits management, Hindustan Times, and JLL, where she began her career in human capital management and HR administration. Throughout her professional journey, she has built extensive expertise in talent strategy, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, executive hiring, and business transformation.
Priyanka Gaur completed the Post Graduate Program for Professionals in General Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management. She also holds a Post Graduate Program in Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM Kozhikode) and a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from Pondicherry University.
