Gliwice, Śląskie, Poland, July 2024 – Agnieszka Wojtczak is excited to announce her new role as Chief People Officer and Board Member at ORBITVU. With a wealth of experience in people and culture management, Agnieszka is poised to lead ORBITVU’s HR strategies and contribute significantly to its board activities.
Agnieszka Wojtczak has been with ORBITVU for approximately 1 year and 3 months. In her current role as Chief People Officer and Board Member, she is responsible for creating and implementing the People & Culture strategy, managing recruitment processes, onboarding, training, and employee assessments. She also supports managers in designing career development paths and optimizing internal communication channels.
Before her promotion, Agnieszka served as Head of People & Culture for about 3 months, where she managed various HR processes and supported affiliated companies. She was instrumental in organizing team-building events and ensuring a positive work atmosphere.
Previously, Agnieszka worked as an HR Business Partner at ORBITVU for around 1 year and 1 month, focusing on training, team motivation, and communication.
Agnieszka’s earlier career includes over 8 years at Marco sp. z o.o., where she held roles such as HR Process Owner and Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. She coordinated HR team activities, collaborated with the board, and implemented HR processes according to ISO standards.
She also gained experience as a Customer Service Specialist at Armak sp. z o.o. (Zetkama Group), and served as an Animator at Master Class School.
