Ahmad joins Independent Food Company after serving as Head of HR at TalentNexa-UAE, where he played a crucial role in strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, talent development, and HR analytics. During his 11-month tenure, he led recruitment transformation, enhanced employee experience, and established a strong performance management framework to drive organizational efficiency.
Prior to TalentNexa, Ahmad spent over nine years at Cravia Inc., where he held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Human Resources. At Cravia, he led comprehensive HR transformation programs, introduced competency frameworks, and spearheaded talent retention initiatives that significantly improved employee satisfaction and productivity. His leadership also resulted in a 40% reduction in hiring time for C-suite executives and a 10% increase in employee retention.
Earlier in his career, Ahmad held key HR positions at Emirates Flight Catering, Jubaili Bros, and Hammoud Hospital University Medical Center, where he specialized in HR strategy, labor law compliance, and performance management. He played a critical role in streamlining workforce planning and optimizing recruitment operations, enhancing organizational efficiency.
