At Cravia, he led comprehensive HR transformation programs, introduced competency frameworks, and spearheaded talent retention initiatives that significantly improved employee satisfaction and productivity. His leadership also resulted in a 40% reduction in hiring time for C-suite executives and a 10% increase in employee retention.

Earlier in his career, Ahmad held key HR positions at Emirates Flight Catering, Jubaili Bros, and Hammoud Hospital University Medical Center, where he specialized in HR strategy, labor law compliance, and performance management. He played a critical role in streamlining workforce planning and optimizing recruitment operations, enhancing organizational efficiency.
