Dammam, Saudi Arabia, May 2025 — Ahmed Mostafa has taken on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Arbah Capital, marking a significant leadership addition to the Shari’ah-compliant investment firm. With a strong background in finance, investment management, and auditing, Ahmed brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience to the organization.
Prior to joining Arbah Capital, Ahmed served for nearly two decades at Ibdar Capital BSC(c), where he most recently held the position of Chief Executive Officer. His tenure as CEO, beginning in 2021, followed a long and impactful term as Chief Financial Officer, during which he was instrumental in driving the company’s strategic financial initiatives and corporate growth across the MENA region.
Earlier in his career, Ahmed held key roles in leading global audit firms. He began his professional journey as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche, where he spent four years honing his technical and analytical expertise. He then joined KPMG as an Audit Supervisor, gaining critical experience in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and client advisory services.
As Chief Financial Officer of Arbah Capital, Ahmed will oversee the firm’s financial strategy, performance management, and capital planning, while ensuring alignment with its Shari’ah-compliant investment philosophy. His appointment reinforces Arbah Capital’s commitment to delivering robust financial stewardship as it expands its investment footprint.
