Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2025 – Inventia Healthcare has announced the appointment of Ajay Luharuka as its Chief Financial Officer. With over 28 years of leadership experience in financial management, business strategy, and operational excellence, Ajay will play a key role in steering Inventia’s growth and financial transformation. His expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and automation-driven efficiency will be instrumental in driving the company’s expansion.
Prior to joining Inventia Healthcare, Ajay served as Senior Vice President & CFO – Global Formulations Business at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, where he led global finance operations, strategic cost management, and business transformation initiatives. Before that, he spent over 26 years at Cipla, holding key roles such as VP & CFO – India Business, Global API & Specialties, where he was responsible for financial oversight, operational finance, and business development.
During his tenure at Cipla, Ajay held multiple leadership positions, including CFO – North America, IPD & Global API, where he managed finance, treasury, and M&A activities for key international markets. As Chief Integration Officer, he successfully led the integration of Cipla’s $500 million acquisition of Cipla Medpro in South Africa, designing business blueprints across regulatory, manufacturing, and corporate functions. He also served as Head – Treasury, overseeing foreign exchange risk management, banking operations, investor relations, and fund-raising initiatives for nearly two decades.
Ajay holds a Master of Management Studies from the University of Mumbai, equipping him with a strong foundation in corporate finance, strategic planning, and global business operations. His extensive experience in financial leadership and cross-border business strategy positions him as a valuable asset to Inventia Healthcare’s future expansion plans.
