With over 19 years of HR leadership experience, Ajay brings a wealth of expertise in HR strategy, workforce planning, change management, and talent operations. His leadership style focuses on aligning people strategy with organizational goals, building high-performing teams, and fostering an agile, inclusive, and innovation-led workplace culture.
Before joining eMagic Solutions, Ajay served as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition at Hitachi Systems India Pvt Ltd, where he led a team of over 15 specialists across India, driving strategic recruitment initiatives in IT and non-IT domains including cybersecurity, data centers, and cloud technology. Earlier, he worked at Denave India Pvt Ltd as DGM – Talent Acquisition Group (Pan India), managing large-scale recruitment operations, client partnerships, and employer branding across multiple industry verticals. His earlier stints include ManpowerGroup, where he led regional recruitment operations, and MAFOI Management Consultants (Randstad Company), where he built foundational experience in multi-sector hiring and HR management.
Ajay began his career as an HR Trainee at Dish TV India Ltd, gaining early exposure to the fundamentals of human resource management, talent sourcing, and organizational coordination. Over the years, his journey reflects a consistent focus on scalable people systems, digital HR transformation, and data-driven HR strategy.
