Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2025 – Ajay Singh has been promoted to Executive Vice President at Piramal Realty, marking a significant milestone in his professional journey with the company. In his new role, Ajay will continue to oversee strategic leadership and operational execution for high-profile projects, further reinforcing Piramal Realty’s commitment to excellence in urban development.
Ajay Singh has been with Piramal Realty for over four years, during which he has held key positions including Deputy Executive Vice President and Joint Vice President. His leadership of critical projects such as Piramal Revanta in Mulund and Agastya Corporate Park in Kurla has been instrumental in driving the company’s high-rise residential and commercial infrastructure goals. His expertise in team leadership and project execution has been a core pillar of his success at the organization.
Before joining Piramal Realty, Ajay served as Associate Vice President at Oberoi Realty for nearly three years. In this capacity, he contributed to the delivery of large-scale projects and helped reinforce Oberoi Realty’s premium positioning in Mumbai’s luxury real estate market through his construction leadership and engineering capabilities.
Ajay also spent nearly eight years at the LODHA Group, where he held the role of Deputy Vice President – Construction Management. He was actively involved in delivering complex, large-format urban developments and played a key role in overseeing execution timelines and vendor coordination across vertical residential towers and townships.
Earlier in his career, Ajay held senior roles at Pratibha Industries Ltd. and Unity Infraprojects Limited, where he worked for over a decade. In both organizations, he served as Assistant General Manager, gaining deep experience in core construction, project planning, and administrative control in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
