Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — ABC – Aditya Birla Wellness has announced the appointment of Akhil Maheshwari as Chief Financial Officer. In his new role, Maheshwari will lead the organization’s financial strategy, governance, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business performance management, strengthening financial discipline and strategic decision-making as the company scales its digital wellness and rewards ecosystem.
At ABC – Aditya Birla Wellness, Akhil Maheshwari has assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer, bringing strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and strategic financial leadership to support the company’s next phase of growth.
Previously, at Tata Advanced Systems Limited, Maheshwari spent over seven years progressing through leadership roles including Manager – Finance, Deputy Manager – MD Office, and Assistant Manager – MD Office, where he strengthened business case preparation, performance analytics, budgeting and strategic finance initiatives supporting large-scale defence and aerospace programs.
Concurrently, he also served as Chief Financial Officer at Nova Integrated Systems Limited (a TATA Enterprise), leading enterprise-wide finance, governance, reporting and performance management frameworks across the organization.
Earlier, Maheshwari was Assistant Manager – Corporate Finance at CRISIL Limited, building strong foundations in financial analysis, reporting and strategic advisory.
He also served at Tata Consultancy Services as Finance Executive, Domain Consultant and Thought Leader, supporting business initiatives, reporting and analytics across consulting and technology programs.
He began his professional journey with articleship at R. L. Birla & Co., Chartered Accountants, developing his grounding in audit, compliance and corporate finance. Alongside his corporate leadership roles, Maheshwari is also the Founder of CAR – Commerce Artists & Rejuvenators Study Empire, contributing to finance education and professional development.
