San Jose, California, United States, December 2024 – Al Seden has been named Chief Growth Officer at Astreya, a global leader in IT solutions and services. Al will drive strategic growth initiatives, expanding Astreya’s footprint across North America, Europe, and Asia while focusing on innovative IT managed services such as Digital Workplace, Cybersecurity, and Data Center Management.
Before joining Astreya, Al served as a Managing Partner at Kyndryl, where he spearheaded growth strategies for key banking and capital markets clients, helping them optimize operations and achieve significant cost efficiencies.
Prior to Kyndryl, Al was Vice President of Sales – US at Kyndryl, where he led go-to-market strategies for Public Cloud Migration, Digital Workplace Services, and Network Modernization across the United States.
At IBM, Al held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Red Hat Services, driving cloud and automation strategies for North and South America, and Vice President of Digital Workplace Services, leading sales and strategic initiatives for workplace technology solutions.
Earlier in his career, Al held senior positions at organizations like Pegasystems, Guidance Software, and Sparta Systems, contributing to their growth in areas such as professional services, enterprise software, and mobility consulting.
