Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, July 2025 – Pramodd Sudhndra has joined Genpact as Sr. Vice President, taking on the dual role of Global Lead for Digital Technology and AI Platform Delivery and Global Practice Leader for Digital Technology. In this newly created position, Pramodd will be responsible for driving Genpact’s global digital technology strategy and delivering innovative AI-powered solutions for the company’s diverse, worldwide client base.
Prior to this, Pramodd served as Partner/Principal at EY for nearly seven years, where he led the CX & Design practice for the India region. In this role, he worked with leading clients across industries to transform customer experience and digital reach, developing expertise in D2C strategy, martech, digital platforms, and large-scale business transformation.
Before EY, Pramodd was a Managing Director at Accenture Digital, leading the Digital Marketing and Analytics practice. He was instrumental in incubating Accenture Interactive Marketing Services in India and advancing the company’s integrated marketing, content, and experience capabilities, helping unlock significant value for clients’ digital investments.
Earlier in his career, Pramodd held multiple leadership positions at Accenture, advancing from Consultant to Senior Manager over nearly twelve years. His work focused on digital marketing, business consulting, and the implementation of customer experience solutions across global markets. He also gained early consulting experience at IBM, GE Capital, and SPSS, building a robust foundation in business intelligence and digital transformation.
With a background that spans business strategy, innovation management, customer insight, and digital ecosystems, Pramodd is recognized for his ability to deliver business value at the intersection of technology and human experience.
