At Sky Zone, Alessandra will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people strategy, driving initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational agility across its expanding global network of parks. Her focus will be on cultivating a high-performance culture that aligns with Sky Zone’s mission of creating joyful, safe, and energizing play experiences for families worldwide.
Before joining Sky Zone, Alessandra served as Senior Director, HR Business Partner at HomeRiver Group, where she acted as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, enhancing organizational development and change management. She led the implementation of a comprehensive HR system that generated $150,000 in operational savings and introduced a performance review cycle that strengthened talent pipelines and improved cultural alignment.
Previously, she held the position of Senior Manager, HR Business Partner at Keller Williams Realty, LLC, where she collaborated with senior leaders to embed accountability and leadership development into business practices. Alessandra designed and rolled out performance training for over 1,000 employees and spearheaded compensation strategy reforms that aligned rewards with business objectives.
