London, United Kingdom, January 2026 — Alex Livingstone-Learmonth has been appointed as Chief Commercial Officer at Qinecsa Solutions, strengthening the company’s commercial leadership as it continues to scale its global pharmacovigilance and drug safety solutions.
In his new role, Alex Livingstone-Learmonth will be responsible for leading Qinecsa’s global commercial strategy, including business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth, supporting the company’s mission to deliver technology-enabled, high-quality pharmacovigilance services to life sciences organisations worldwide.
Prior to joining Qinecsa Solutions, Alex served at Cambridge Cognition, where he held the roles of Chief Commercial Officer and Joint Acting Managing Director, leading commercial strategy and organisational leadership during a period of transition and growth.
Before that, he spent nearly four years at CALYX, serving as Vice President, Global Lead – Strategic Accounts, where he led complex global client engagements and supported biopharma organisations in advancing clinical development programmes.
Earlier in his career, Alex held senior business development and commercial leadership roles at Signant Health and CRF Health, driving international growth across clinical trial technologies. His background also includes leadership positions at Greenphire, Veeva Systems, Oracle (Health Sciences), Phase Forward, and earlier roles spanning enterprise sales, commercial strategy, and international business development.
With over two decades of experience across life sciences technology, clinical research, and enterprise software, Alex Livingstone-Learmonth brings deep expertise in scaling global commercial organisations and building long-term customer partnerships.
