New York, United States, September 2025 – Alex Montefalco has been appointed as Head of Talent at TSG Consumer Partners, a global leader in consumer-focused investing with a 35+ year legacy of building iconic brands. In her new role, Alex will lead executive talent strategy and recruitment efforts across TSG’s portfolio, aligning leadership capability with business growth and innovation across sectors such as beauty, apparel, wellness, and lifestyle.
Prior to joining TSG, Alex Montefalco served for over eight years at LVMH North America, where she most recently held the role of Vice President of Executive Recruitment, Talent Management, and Market Intelligence. During her time with LVMH, she led executive and creative recruitment efforts across the brand’s luxury portfolio, playing a critical role in succession planning and talent strategy across the U.S. market.
She also served as Head of Global Creative Search Practice at Kirk Palmer Associates, a leading executive search firm for fashion and retail. Earlier in her career, she spent over four years at Karen Harvey Consulting Group, where she held roles including Senior Recruiter and Project Manager, supporting executive search and strategic advisory for luxury and innovation-driven companies.
Her earlier roles at Kirk Palmer Associates and LVMH gave her exposure to global talent acquisition across fashion, beauty, and retail, where she cultivated deep insights into leadership assessment and executive capability across creative and corporate domains.
In addition to her professional roles, Alex is a Board Member at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), contributing to talent pipeline development in the fashion industry. She is also an E-RYT certified yoga instructor at New York Yoga, where she has taught Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga for over 11 years.
