Lansdale, Pennsylvania, United States, August 2024 – Alexis Sherman has taken on the role of Vice President – Human Resources at Keystone Technologies. In her new position, Alexis will be responsible for driving the company’s HR strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and fostering a culture of innovation within the organization. Her leadership will be pivotal in aligning Keystone Technologies’ HR practices with its mission of simplifying and transforming the lighting industry.
Prior to joining Keystone Technologies, Alexis held multiple roles at Purolite, An Ecolab Company over a period of five years. Most recently, she served as the Global Human Resources Director – Bioprocessing, where she led HR initiatives for the bioprocessing division and played a crucial role in aligning global HR strategies with business objectives.
Before that, Alexis was the Global Human Resources Director – Core Business and Corporate Functions at Purolite, where she managed HR functions for core business areas and corporate divisions, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and employee development.
Earlier in her career, Alexis was the Human Resources Manager at Turner Construction Company in Philadelphia, where she led HR operations, managed employee relations, and supported talent development initiatives.
