Gurugram, Haryana, India, August 2024 – Saurabh Vineet Srivastava has joined Ethos Limited as the Head of HR. Based out of Gurugram, Saurabh will lead the human resources initiatives for Ethos Watch Boutiques, leveraging his extensive experience in HR leadership to drive organizational growth and employee engagement.
Saurabh previously served as the Head of HR, Property & Asset Management, India at JLL India. Over his tenure of four years and six months, he led HR initiatives for the Property & Asset Management business, focusing on leadership, policy development, budgeting, and employee benefits.
Before his role at JLL India, Saurabh was the Deputy General Manager – Human Resources at Paytm. He was responsible for HR business partnership, employee engagement, performance management, and handling change management for Paytm E-Commerce Private Limited.
At TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited, Saurabh served as the Associate Vice President – HR (North) for seven years. He led HR initiatives for the North Zone, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
Earlier in his career, Saurabh worked as the Deputy Manager – Human Resources at Maruti Suzuki India Limited for over five years. His key responsibilities included talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and HR operations.
Saurabh’s career also includes roles at Apollo International Limited, Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited, and Bharti Cellular Limited. In these positions, he was actively involved in developing HR systems and processes, streamlining HR operations, and initiating welfare activities for greenfield projects. Saurabh began his HR journey with a summer internship at PepsiCo, where he worked on the efficacy of performance management systems.
