London, United Kingdom, December 2025 – Alice Turner has joined Phyron AI as Head of People, bringing over a decade of experience in strategic HR leadership, organizational design, and people development to the AI-driven automotive technology company. In her new role, Alice will lead the design and execution of talent strategies that empower Phyron AI’s global workforce and reinforce a high-performance, inclusive culture as the company continues its rapid expansion across more than 30 countries.
Before joining Phyron AI, Alice Turner operated as an independent Chief People Officer, where she partnered with growing businesses to reshape people functions and enhance team effectiveness through both strategic and hands-on support. She also co-founded Vasari Leadership, a leadership advisory firm focused on coaching, diagnostics, and organizational design—equipping founders and leadership teams with tools to thrive during change.
Alice previously held the role of Chief People Officer at Bossa Studios, where she was a core member of the executive team for over four years. During her tenure, she led People, Talent, Legal, and Office functions through growth, transformation, and remote transition. She drove three successful restructures, embedded new company values, and introduced scalable frameworks for performance, hiring, and culture.
Earlier in her time at Bossa, Alice served as Head of People, leading the design of career frameworks, engagement platforms like Peakon, and scalable hiring systems. Before that, she was Senior People Manager, delivering leadership development and learning strategies tailored to growth-stage needs.
Her HR journey includes impactful roles at Jagex, Cambridge County Council, Acushnet Company, PA Consulting, and Tesco, where she gained well-rounded expertise in performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
