London, United Kingdom, November 2025 — Aliesha Pedro has started a new role as Head of People and Operations (CEO Office) at Polari Labs, stepping into a critical leadership position where she will drive people strategy, operational alignment, and organisational effectiveness at the forefront of a rapidly growing health-tech innovator. Her appointment marks an important milestone as the company continues to scale its category-defining solutions in anorectal health.
In her most recent role at Otto Car, Aliesha served as People and Culture Lead, contributing to talent development, organisational culture-building, and employee engagement. During her tenure, she played a key role in strengthening people operations within a high-growth environment in the mobility sector, helping the organisation evolve its internal processes and support systems.
Prior to that, Aliesha spent nearly three years at FabricNano, where she progressed to People Operations Lead. Here, she supported the organisation’s scale-up journey in the biotechnology space by managing people processes, improving employee experience, and helping develop scalable HR structures. Her earlier experience also includes impactful roles at Vita Mojo, where she contributed both as People and Culture Advisor and earlier through HR and operational support responsibilities that strengthened the People function during a period of rapid team expansion.
Aliesha’s career foundation spans roles across Canda, Close Brothers, and earlier business operations positions, providing her with a strong grounding in HR operations, recruitment, employee support, and administrative leadership. Across these roles, she developed a well-rounded understanding of organisational environments, people management frameworks, and operational excellence—expertise she now brings to her new role at Polari Labs.
