Winterthur, Zurich, Switzerland, October 2025 — Rieter, the world’s leading supplier of systems for manufacturing yarn from staple fibers, has announced the promotion of Aline Brulhart to the position of Head of People Engagement & Employee Experience. In her new role, Brulhart will lead strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, and overall people experience across Rieter’s global operations.
Having been part of Rieter for over 13 years, Brulhart’s career reflects her deep commitment to fostering an engaged and motivated workforce. She began her journey with Rieter as an HR Generalist, where she managed recruitment, graduate marketing, and HR consulting. Her ability to align people strategies with organizational priorities led to her promotion as HR Manager in 2018, where she spent nearly eight years overseeing HR operations, talent management, and employee relations.
Before joining Rieter, Brulhart served as an HR Assistant at Holcim Group Support Ltd, gaining valuable experience in HR administration and process improvement within a global industrial organization. Earlier, she worked as Bereichspersonalleiterin at Securitas AG, one of Switzerland’s leading security companies, where she managed HR functions for diverse teams and operational units.
She began her professional journey at Swissair Group as a Kauffrau in Ausbildung, where she completed her foundational training in HR and business administration. Over the years, Brulhart has built a strong reputation for her dedication to people-centric leadership and her ability to design HR systems that balance organizational efficiency with employee well-being.
