New South Wales, Australia, April 2025 – Allison Ferris has taken on the new role of Head of Reward & People Operations at Costa, bringing with her a rich career in people management, operational HR, and workforce assurance. Based remotely in New South Wales, she now leads Costa’s strategic efforts in employee reward systems and people operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth across its global agri-business operations.
Ferris has been with Costa for over six years, most recently serving as Group Manager, People Operations & Assurance, where she provided strategic oversight on operational and compliance aspects of HR. Before this, she served in roles including People Operations Manager and International HR/WHS Manager, where she was instrumental in policy implementation, systems development, and process efficiency across the Berry International category.
Earlier in her career at Costa, Ferris held key roles in People Assurance, as well as serving as Administrative/WHS Coordinator for the Avocado/Banana Category. Her work in this period focused on labour standards compliance, employee engagement, and WHS coordination—grounding her expertise in both field-level HR support and enterprise-level people risk management.
Before joining Costa, Ferris built a strong operational base through roles at BCU Bank, the NSW Department of Education, and RACQ, where she worked across employee services, customer experience, and payroll support.
