Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2025 – Alok Kulhar has joined Brinks Inc. as the Regional Director of Talent Acquisition for APAC and IMEA. In this role, he will drive the talent acquisition transformation for the Global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence, overseeing recruitment strategies across key growth markets such as Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macau, the Philippines, Singapore, India, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, and the UAE.
Prior to joining Brinks Inc., Alok Kulhar held several leadership roles at AXA, where he served as Vice President and Head of Talent Acquisition for Global Capability Centers. He led the recruitment strategy for AXA’s Global Enterprise Shared Services, ensuring talent alignment with the company’s global vision. Before that, as Head of Talent Acquisition for India and Poland, he managed hiring across technology, insurance, reinsurance, and risk advisory functions, driving large-scale hiring initiatives and talent strategies.
Earlier, Alok worked at LinkedIn as Talent Acquisition Partner – APAC, where he played a pivotal role in hiring for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and developing strategic talent acquisition plans with a strong emphasis on diversity, AI-driven recruitment, and candidate experience. Before that, he was Talent Acquisition Lead – APAC & EMEA at McKinsey & Company, leading tech and product consulting recruitment and supporting hiring across multiple international locations.
Alok also served as Recruitment Manager – Product, Sales & Tech at Zomato, where he built talent strategies for critical business functions across tech, design, marketing, and UI/UX. His earlier roles include People Practices & Talent Acquisition Manager at USAID, where he managed hiring across South East Asia, and Recruiter for India and London at BBC, where he was responsible for media, operations, and technology recruitment.
