New York, United States, December 2025 – Alyssa Farquhar has been appointed as EVP, Managing Director, Creative at BGB Group, where she will lead the agency’s creative vision, brand storytelling strategy, and integrated healthcare communications across BGB’s global portfolio of clients.
At BGB Group, Alyssa Farquhar brings forward her most recent elevation from EVP, Executive Creative Director to EVP, Managing Director, Creative, reflecting her growing leadership charter in shaping agency-wide creative direction, culture, and high-impact healthcare brand narratives.
Before her current role, she served at Area 23 as EVP, Executive Creative Director, where she led breakthrough creative campaigns across major healthcare brands, strengthening market engagement, strategic storytelling, and creative innovation.
Earlier, she spent several years at DDB Health New York, serving as EVP, Creative and Strategic Director, driving integrated marketing transformation, award-winning healthcare campaigns, and global brand strategies across key pharmaceutical portfolios.
Prior to this, Alyssa held senior leadership roles at Centron, The CDM Group, NeON Advertising, and Cline Davis & Mann, where she progressively built her reputation as a leading creative strategist and healthcare communications leader over more than two decades.
