Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2026 – Aamir Alam has been elevated to the role of National Sales Manager for Peter England at Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited, marking an important milestone in his leadership journey with the organization.
In his new role, Aamir will drive Trade Channel growth through Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs) while strengthening the brand’s national distribution network. Having joined the Aditya Birla Group ecosystem in 2018, he has built a strong track record across retail strategy, trade expansion, and operational transformation within the Peter England business.
Prior to this role, he served as General Manager and National Lead – Retail Excellence & Transformation, where he drove strategic initiatives focused on revenue growth, profitability improvement, store expansion strategies, and operational excellence across the retail network. Earlier, he held the role of Head of Retail Planning for Peter England, managing inventory, demand forecasting, and retail planning for more than 650 Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) across India.
Earlier in his journey with the company, Aamir served as Regional Business Manager – East, where he led retail and trade operations across the region and oversaw business development, franchise partnerships, and omni-channel sales across more than 100 outlets. He initially joined the brand as Area Sales Manager for West Bengal and Bihar, where he helped strengthen trade channel sales, franchise operations, and regional marketing activations.
Before entering the fashion and lifestyle sector, Aamir gained cross-industry experience with Vedanta Limited, where he worked in sales and marketing roles across western India. Earlier in his career, he worked as Software Engineering Analyst at Accenture, gaining experience in technology services and quality management.
Aamir holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development.
