San Diego, California, United States, September 2025 — Amanda Ashjian, RMCP has been appointed as the Head of People at Offerday AI. In this role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, focusing on talent development, organizational culture, and strengthening workforce capabilities to support Offerday AI’s mission of transforming hiring through artificial intelligence.
Prior to joining Offerday AI, Amanda spent over five years at Point B, where she served as Resource Manager and earlier as Resource Management Analyst. She was responsible for strategic workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational improvements across business units.
Before that, Amanda worked as Talent Acquisition Operations Manager at YMCA of San Diego County, where she managed recruitment operations and drove process improvements to strengthen the organization’s talent pipeline.
She also held the role of Human Resources Specialist at National University, focusing on recruitment and HR support, and gained additional experience as an Account Manager with Magnifi Group, Inc. and as a Business Consultant with RSA Enterprises, LLC, contributing to HR, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
Her early career included roles at the University of San Diego as Telecommunications Project Manager and ITS Inventory Assistant, where she built her foundational expertise in project and operations management.
