Rockford, Illinois, United States, November 2025 — Milestone has announced the appointment of Amanda Schroeder as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), marking an important milestone in her remarkable journey of over eight years with the organization. In her new role, Amanda will lead Milestone’s people strategy, talent development, and organizational culture initiatives, driving the mission of supporting individuals with developmental disabilities through compassionate, empowered, and high-performing teams.
Amanda’s association with Milestone spans more than eight years, during which she has steadily risen through the organization’s HR leadership ranks. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where she played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategy, advancing workforce engagement, and fostering inclusive practices across Milestone’s 30+ facilities. Earlier, as HR Director, she was instrumental in developing employee relations programs, compliance frameworks, and organizational capability building initiatives that strengthened Milestone’s operational and community impact.
Before joining Milestone, Amanda spent nearly four years at Regal Beloit Corporation, where she gained valuable experience in HR and finance functions, serving as Benefits Specialist and Treasury Analyst. Her time at Regal Beloit provided her with a strong understanding of employee benefits management, financial operations, and workforce planning—skills that would later define her strategic approach to HR leadership.
