East Rutherford, New Jersey, United States, June 2025 – Amanda Snyder has taken on the role of Vice President, Human Resources & Payroll at the New York Football Giants, marking a significant leadership appointment at one of the NFL’s most storied franchises. In this role, Amanda will lead all strategic and operational aspects of HR and payroll, working closely with executive leadership to enhance organizational performance and employee experience across the club.
Amanda has been with the New York Football Giants for nearly four years, most recently serving as Director of Payroll & Benefits. In that role, she streamlined HR operations, strengthened compliance processes, and enhanced the employee benefits structure while supporting the organization’s evolving talent needs during a period of business transformation.
Before joining the Giants, Amanda had a long and impactful tenure of nearly 19 years at ADP, where she rose to the position of Vice President, Strategic Initiatives. She led service strategy and operations for over 62,000 clients, managing cross-functional teams focused on client experience, workforce management, and strategic partnerships. Her earlier roles at ADP included Director of Relationship Management, Executive Relationship Manager, and Business Sales Consultant, through which she developed expertise in account strategy, client engagement, and solution alignment for complex enterprise clients.
Amanda’s foundational experience in payroll systems and HR operations was established at the start of her career with SOS Security LLC, where she served as Payroll Manager. There, she managed multi-jurisdictional payroll for over 2,200 employees and led key systems integrations and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance.
