Miami, Florida, United States, January 2026 — Amanda Zablotny (Gonzalez) has been promoted to Vice President, People Operations at Thoma Bravo, marking a significant milestone in her long-standing journey with the global software-focused investment firm.
Amanda has been with Thoma Bravo for over 11 years. Prior to her elevation, she served as People Operations Manager – Miami, where she played a central role in strengthening people operations, supporting leadership teams, and advancing operational excellence across the firm’s Miami office. Earlier, she spent seven years as Lead Executive Assistant, where she was a trusted partner to senior leadership and gained deep exposure to the firm’s culture, governance, and operational rhythms—experience that has strongly shaped her people-first leadership approach.
Before joining Thoma Bravo, Amanda was with First Republic Bank in the San Francisco Bay Area, serving as Executive Assistant and earlier as Receptionist, building a strong foundation in executive support, stakeholder engagement, and organisational operations within a highly client-centric financial institution.
In her new role as Vice President, People Operations, Amanda will continue to oversee and scale people operations initiatives, support talent and culture priorities, and partner closely with leadership as Thoma Bravo advances its global growth agenda.
