Amber Mencl has been a part of Swanson Russell for approximately nine years. Prior to her current role, she served as the Vice President, Human Resources Manager for nearly two years. Before that, Amber held the role of Human Resources Manager for about one year and was a Senior HR Specialist for three years. She began her journey at Swanson Russell as an HR Specialist for three years.
Prior to joining Swanson Russell, Amber worked at Benefit Management, Inc. as a Group Account Manager for approximately five years, where she gained valuable experience in managing client accounts and benefits administration.
