San Francisco, California, United States, March 2025 – Amie Krause has joined Dompé as the Chief Human Resources Officer, U.S., where she will lead the organization’s human capital strategy, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, she brings a robust background in HR leadership across the biopharma sector.
Prior to joining Dompé, Amie Krause served as Chief People Officer at Revance, where she was a member of the executive team, overseeing human capital strategy and internal communications. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in aligning people strategy with business growth in a high-growth biotech environment. She previously held multiple leadership roles at Atara Biotherapeutics, where she served as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer, as well as Vice President, People & Total Rewards and Vice President, Human Resources, helping steer the company through significant scaling, culture building, and leadership development.

Before her time at Atara, she spent over a decade at Amgen, where she held multiple senior HR roles, including Global HR Lead for Organizational Effectiveness, HR Lead for U.S. Commercial, Senior HR Business Partner, and Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition. Her work spanned global markets, and she played a strategic role in organizational development, talent management, and launching key commercial franchises. She also contributed to HR capability building through projects across commercial operations, biosimilars, and corporate functions.
Earlier in her career, Krause held HR leadership positions with companies such as Kenexa (an IBM company), THQ, and Kinko’s (now FedEx Office). In these roles, she developed and executed full-cycle recruiting strategies, managed talent acquisition teams, and spearheaded employer branding and sourcing initiatives across multiple industries. Additionally, she has contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at California Lutheran University and a guest lecturer at University of Southern California, reflecting her commitment to mentoring future HR leaders.
