Amit Kumar Singh Elevated as Vice President and Group Head – Corporate Affairs & CSR at Asian Paints

New Delhi, Delhi, India, January 2026 — Asian Paints has elevated Amit Kumar Singh to the role of Vice President and Group Head – Corporate Affairs & CSR, strengthening its leadership bench for stakeholder engagement, public policy, sustainability and community initiatives.

In his expanded leadership mandate at Asian Paints, Amit Kumar Singh brings over six years of progressive leadership within the organization. He previously served as AVP and Group Head – Corporate Affairs & CSR, following his earlier responsibilities as AVP & Group Head – Corporate Affairs and General Manager & Head – Corporate Affairs, where he worked closely with the Managing Director and CEO on government relations, corporate reputation, sustainability initiatives and public policy strategy.

Prior to Asian Paints, Amit Kumar Singh spent nearly three years at Medtronic as Director – Government Affairs (South Asia), where he was a core member of the regional leadership team and led strategic policy partnerships, multilateral engagements and regulatory ecosystem development for healthcare access and sustainable business growth.

Before Medtronic, he held leadership roles at Mondelēz International as Head – Government Affairs India and regional representative for AMEA in the Global Public & Government Affairs Center of Excellence. He also served as Director – Corporate Affairs at Ingersoll Rand, shaping policy advocacy across energy, climate, food processing, defence, aerospace and national security sectors.

Earlier in his career, Amit Kumar Singh contributed to national policy and defence strategy through his tenure at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and as a Fellow at the Centre for Land Warfare Studies (CLAWS), building a strong foundation in public policy, advocacy and strategic research.
