Amit’s experience also spans key leadership roles at Bombay Dyeing, where he led E-Commerce and Modern Trade, and Ola, where he was Vice President – Marketing, overseeing online and offline brand initiatives. His earlier tenures at Essar Hypermart as Head of Consumer Business and Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd as Marketing Manager further solidified his credentials in consumer marketing and business development.

He has also worked with The Walt Disney Company and Disney Consumer Products, where he led national retail strategies and helped the brand achieve market leadership in India. Amit began his career with the Wadia Group, contributing significantly to brand revitalization at Bombay Dyeing and Britannia Industries, and also founded a manufacturing start-up, Mini Signs & Displays, which scaled rapidly under his leadership.

At Wooden Street, Amit is expected to drive business transformation, market expansion, and strategic innovation. His expertise in scaling digital-first businesses, building consumer brands, and operational excellence positions him to play a central role in shaping the company’s next growth chapter.
