Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2025 — PB Fintech Limited (parent company of Policybazaar and Paisabazaar) has appointed Amrita Pandey as Head – People & Culture, effective December 2025. In her new role, Pandey will lead the organization’s people strategy, culture transformation, leadership development, and HR governance as PB Fintech continues to scale India’s largest digital insurance and lending platforms.
With close to two decades of HR leadership experience across fintech, travel, education, security services, and BPO sectors, she brings deep expertise in employer branding, HR transformation, leadership development, and enterprise HR modernization.
In her most recent role, Amrita Pandey served as Director – Human Resources at Park+, where she led enterprise-wide HR transformation, strengthened employer branding, and built leadership development frameworks to support high-growth mobility-tech operations.
Prior to this, she was Senior Vice President & Group Head – Human Resources at Tenon Group, steering strategic HR planning, HRIS modernization, and human capital development across multi-business verticals.
Earlier, Pandey worked as Head – Human Resources & Employee Governance at Yatra Online, where she led governance, HR strategy, and talent development initiatives supporting the company’s large digital travel platform.
She also spent over six years at NIIT Limited as Deputy General Manager – HR Shared Services, Automation & Total Rewards, where she established HR shared services, automation programs, and performance-linked rewards frameworks.
Her earlier HR leadership journey includes roles at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Wipro BPO, and Naukri.com, where she built strong foundations in HR operations, shared services, talent acquisition, and HRIS transformation.
