Manish Bandlish Appointed as Managing Director at Allana Consumer Products

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — Allana Consumer Products has appointed Manish Bandlish as its Managing Director, effective December 2025. In his new role, Bandlish will lead the company’s overall business strategy, growth agenda, operations, and brand expansion initiatives, strengthening Allana Consumer Products’ leadership across India’s packaged foods and agri-processed segments.

A seasoned business leader with more than three decades of experience across FMCG, retail, dairy, and food processing sectors, Bandlish brings deep expertise in corporate governance, strategic transformation, and large-scale business operations.

In his most recent role, Manish Bandlish served as Managing Director at Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd., where he led a ₹15,000+ crore business comprising 12 manufacturing plants and over 4,000 employees. During his tenure, he grew the organization by nearly 45 percent in three years, drove major organizational restructuring, consolidated supply chain and sales operations to improve efficiencies, and led a landmark corporate advertising campaign launched in April 2024.

Prior to this, he worked as Chief Executive Officer & Director at JK Foods, where he headed Umang Dairies Limited and led strategic expansion into snacks under the Funflips brand, built new manufacturing plants, expanded B2B and B2C businesses, and established growth strategies to significantly enhance revenue and EBITDA.

Earlier, Bandlish spent close to a decade with METRO Cash and Carry, serving as Director – Development & Expansion and Director – Operations, where he managed all-India operations, large P&L portfolios, national sales organizations, and led major store expansion initiatives across multiple Indian markets.

He also served as President at Subhiksha, leading large-format retail operations, and earlier built a strong foundation at Marico as Regional Sales Manager, managing large urban and rural sales networks. He began his career at Maruti Suzuki India Limited in engineering operations.
