Dallas, Texas, June 2024 – Amy Boutwell has been appointed as the new Vice President of Human Resources, East Division at Rexel USA. With a long-standing career in human resources management, Amy brings extensive experience and strategic insight to her new role, focusing on driving HR initiatives and fostering a strong organizational culture.
Amy Boutwell has been with Rexel USA for nearly 16 years, holding various key positions in the HR department. Prior to her promotion to VP of Human Resources, she served as the Senior Director of Human Resources for approximately 1.5 years, where she was instrumental in implementing HR strategies and enhancing employee engagement.
Before that, Amy held the position of Director of Human Resources at Rexel USA for nearly 16 years. During this tenure, she played a pivotal role in overseeing HR functions across the organization, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and success.
Amy’s career in human resources began at Peavey Electronics, where she worked as a Human Resources Manager for about 7 years. She then moved to Riley Hospital, where she served as the Director of Human Resources for nearly 7 years, further honing her skills in HR management and leadership.
