Northeast Division, United States, July 2024 – Amy Masci M.S. has started a new role as Vice President Organizational Development and DE&I at Comcast in the Northeast Division. In this capacity, Amy will lead initiatives to foster organizational development and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion across the division.
Amy Masci M.S. has been with Comcast for three years. Prior to her new role, she served as the Vice President, Human Resources since August 2021, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing HR strategies and enhancing employee engagement.
Before this, Amy was the Executive Director of Human Resources at Comcast Business, where she led HR processes and initiatives across various departments, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and employee satisfaction.
Earlier in her career at Comcast, Amy held the positions of Sr. Director, Human Resources – Cable HQ and Director, Human Resources – Cable HQ, where she provided strategic HR leadership and drove key HR initiatives. Her efforts in performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement were pivotal.
Before joining Comcast, Amy served as the Director of Human Resources at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, where she led HR processes and drove key initiatives across departments. She also worked at Campbell Soup Company as an HR Business Partner and HR Manager in various capacities, where she aligned strategies, drove leadership team effectiveness, and managed employee relations.
Amy’s career also includes roles at IPC Systems, Inc., Worthington Industries, and Villanova University, where she gained extensive experience in HR management and organizational effectiveness.
