In this role, she will lead enterprise-wide talent strategy, focusing on leadership development, workforce transformation, and building future-ready capabilities across the organization.
Miranda Chatziioannou has been with GE HealthCare for over 15 years, progressing through a series of senior leadership roles across global and regional HR. Most recently, she served as Executive Director – Human Resources, International, where she led HR strategy across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Asia Pacific, driving talent and organizational effectiveness at scale.
Prior to this, she held roles such as Regional HR Director – Intercontinental, Executive Human Resource Director – Global HR4HR, and Senior HR Director – Eastern Growth Markets, where she led complex HR transformations, built leadership pipelines, and strengthened organizational capabilities across diverse geographies. Her earlier roles at GE HealthCare include Learning & Development Leader – Europe and HR leadership roles across Eastern and South East Europe, reflecting deep expertise in talent development and global HR strategy.
Before joining GE HealthCare, she served as Head of Development, Training and Recruitment at Heineken, and earlier held HR leadership roles at Unilever, where she worked on HR transformation and business excellence initiatives across Europe.
Miranda Chatziioannou holds an MSc in Human Resources from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), further strengthening her expertise in strategic HR and organizational development.
