United Kingdom, February 2026 — Jamie Egan has started a new position as Head of People Development at Veolia, where he will lead the organization’s people development strategy, strengthening learning capability and driving performance across the business.
Prior to joining Veolia, Jamie Egan served as Senior People Manager – Learning & Development at Morrisons, where he led the internal L&D function and oversaw training strategy for approximately 100,000 colleagues across the organization. He was responsible for delivering diverse learning solutions that supported performance in a fast-paced grocery retail environment.
Earlier, he held senior learning leadership roles including Learning & Development Lead at Selfridges, Global Learning Solutions Manager at Primark, and Digital Learning Lead at ao.com, shaping large-scale digital and global learning strategies. He also spent several years at Specsavers and Boots UK, where he built and led award-winning digital learning design capabilities and expanded enterprise learning platforms.
