Mahesh most recently served as Global CEO of Switch Mobility, where he steered the company’s international electric mobility initiatives. Prior to that, he held the position of Managing Director & CEO at Mahindra Electric Automobile Limited, leading pioneering EV launches such as the Treo, India’s first electric three-wheeler platform. During his tenure at Mahindra & Mahindra, he played a pivotal role in product development and innovation, while his early career at Ashok Leyland helped build his strong foundation in India’s automotive sector.
Beyond his corporate leadership, Mahesh has been at the forefront of shaping industry dialogue and policy. He has served as Chairman of the EMG Group at SIAM, Co-Chair of CII’s National Committee on Future Mobility & Battery Storage, and Co-Chair of FICCI’s Core Group on Sustainable Mobility, actively contributing to India’s roadmap for clean and sustainable transportation.
