Miami, Florida, United States, April 2026 — Vivian Fu has been elevated to the role of Director of Benefits at Lennar, marking a significant milestone in her extensive career in total rewards and employee benefits leadership. In this role, she will lead the design, strategy, and execution of benefits programs, focusing on enhancing employee wellbeing and delivering impactful benefits solutions at scale.
Prior to this elevation, Vivian Fu served as Senior Manager – Benefits & Wellbeing Associate Experience at Lennar, where she led initiatives to strengthen benefits design, communication, and employee engagement across the organization.
Before joining Lennar, she held the role of Total Rewards: Benefits Manager at Palm Beach State College, where she managed benefits strategy and communication. She also spent several years with Resideo, including as US Benefits Lead, where she led end-to-end benefits programs across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico, driving successful wellbeing initiatives and large-scale program implementations.
Earlier in her career, Vivian Fu spent nearly two decades with Honeywell, where she held multiple roles including Senior Delivery Analyst, HR Services Manager, and Retirement Services Senior Benefit Analyst. During this tenure, she managed benefits delivery for tens of thousands of employees, led large-scale vendor transitions, and drove process improvements using Six Sigma methodologies.
She began her career with the Social Security Administration, building foundational experience in employee services and regulatory frameworks.
Vivian Fu holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Kean University, strengthening her expertise in public administration and benefits strategy.
