Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2026 — Neurealm has announced the appointment of Mehak M to its People Function Leadership team, where she will lead the Organization Effectiveness Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role, she will drive Neurealm’s organizational effectiveness agenda, focusing on strengthening delivery and sales effectiveness by aligning people strategies with business priorities.
Mehak M will lead key initiatives across leadership development and role transitions, ensuring leaders and teams are positioned for sustained success. She will also play a pivotal role in advancing Neurealm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) mission while embedding high-impact people practices across the organization.
Bringing over 17 years of experience, Mehak M has built a strong track record across HR strategy, business partnering, and organizational transformation in industries including IT services, digital engineering, manufacturing, and global capability centers.
Prior to joining Neurealm, she served as Head – Global Talent Transformation, Engagement & Management at Olam, where she led enterprise-wide talent transformation initiatives and strengthened employee engagement frameworks at scale. Before that, she spent over four years with GlobalLogic (a Hitachi Group Company) as Manager | Delivery Unit Lead – HR Business Partnering, where she led global initiatives in performance management transformation, career development frameworks, and employee experience enhancement across business units.
Earlier in her career, she held the role of Assistant Manager – HR Business Partner at Wipro, where she managed large-scale workforce transitions, implemented HR frameworks, and led national initiatives in employee engagement and talent development. She began her career with organizations such as Unicon, NetAmbit Infosource, and Hero Mind Mine, building a strong foundation in HR operations, talent fulfillment, and employee experience.
Mehak M has completed an Executive HR Leadership Program from SP Jain School of Global Management (Honors) and holds a PGDM in Human Resources from Alliance Business School, Bengaluru.
