Janesville, Wisconsin, United States, July 2025 – Amy Stalker has joined LeMans Corporation as Vice President, Human Resources. In her new role, she will lead the HR function for the global powersports distributor, bringing over two decades of HR leadership experience across total rewards, people success, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to this appointment, Amy served for over four years at Glanbia, where she most recently held the position of VP HR, Total Rewards & People Success Organization. During her tenure, she led numerous global HR initiatives, including compensation and benefits design, performance management, global mobility, and internal communications, contributing to operational excellence and cultural transformation across international teams.
Before joining Glanbia, Amy spent nearly eleven years at Kerry, where she held senior HR leadership positions including Director of HR for Rewards – North America & LATAM and Head of Total Rewards. In these roles, she led strategic compensation frameworks, managed pension and health plan operations, implemented talent strategies, and oversaw HR compliance and M&A integration across regions.
Amy’s earlier career includes impactful HR roles at Transdev North America (Veolia Transportation), Neumann Homes, International Malting Company, and Ruud Lighting. Over her career spanning more than 20 years, she has built a strong reputation for driving HR transformation, optimizing global HR processes, and aligning people strategies with business goals.
