Before her role at Finerge, Ana Vieira Simões enhanced her reputation at Schneider Electric, serving for about three years as Sales Director, where she led strategic initiatives across smart homes and energy efficiency solutions. Her tenure was marked by significant contributions to business growth and strategic HR integrations within the sales divisions.
Prior to this, Ana was pivotal in her role as Sales Manager South for two years, driving sales strategies and HR solutions that boosted the company’s footprint in Southern Europe.
Earlier, Ana functioned as the Human Resources Country Manager for three years at Schneider Electric, implementing HR solutions that aligned with business strategies, significantly improving operational efficiencies and employee engagement.
