Tanayos Khrutrabiab brings to the position an impressive career spanning over a decade in human resources, with a proven track record of leadership in the beauty and FMCG sectors. Prior to joining Central Department Store Group in April 2024, Khrutrabiab served as the Head of Human Resources at Central Marketing Group (CMG) from July 2022, where he played a pivotal role in driving HR strategies that supported the company’s dynamic growth and operational excellence.

Khrutrabiab’s journey in HR leadership was significantly marked by his twelve-year tenure at L’Oréal, culminating in his role as HR Director from June 2017. During his time with L’Oréal, he was instrumental in developing and executing HR policies that enhanced employee engagement and facilitated talent development across the Consumer Product Division. Additionally, his role as Learning for Development Manager saw him implementing strategic learning initiatives that contributed to building a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Before his impactful contributions at L’Oréal, Khrutrabiab enhanced the operational efficiency and employee development strategies as Senior Operations Training Section Manager at Yum Restaurants International Thailand, showcasing his ability to lead and transform HR functions across diverse industries.
