New York, United States, July 2025 – Andrew Ford has started a new position as Vice President, Human Resources at Blackstone, the world’s largest alternative asset manager. In this role, Andrew will focus on Experienced Recruiting, helping to attract top-tier talent across Blackstone’s global investment strategies.
Andrew joins Blackstone after a nearly 10-year tenure at JPMorgan Chase, where he held progressively senior roles in talent acquisition. Most recently, he served as Executive Director of Investment Banking Executive Recruiting, leading recruitment for investment and corporate banking teams across North America. His earlier roles at JPMorgan Chase spanned both APAC and North America, including Vice President of APAC Experienced Recruiting based in Hong Kong and Vice President of Investment Banking Recruiting for North America.
Before his time at JPMorgan Chase, Andrew was a Search Associate at Bonell Ryan Inc., a retained executive search firm. Over nearly four years, he managed full-cycle executive search engagements across the banking, eCommerce, payments, and technology sectors, working closely with clients and C-suite candidates.
Earlier in his career, Andrew held multiple operations and administrative leadership roles, including at Citi/Smith Barney and Bonell Ryan Inc., where he supported high-level recruiting, managed compliance processes, and contributed to new business development and technology implementation.
