In his new role, Pelehos will oversee the company’s financial strategy, planning, and governance, supporting PTW’s mission to deliver innovative industrial solutions across multiple sectors, including oil and gas, mining, petrochemical, and renewable energy.
Pelehos has been a key part of PTW Energy Services for nearly six years, previously serving as Corporate Controller, where he played a central role in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency. His promotion to CFO reflects his proven leadership, strategic insight, and deep understanding of PTW’s business model and growth trajectory.
Before joining PTW, Pelehos worked at Credit Union Central Alberta (Alberta Central) for over two years, holding progressive roles as Manager, Accounting and Assistant Controller. There, he strengthened financial reporting systems and led several process improvements that optimized accuracy and efficiency in accounting operations.
Earlier in his career, Pelehos gained extensive experience at Deloitte Canada, where he spent nearly four years progressing from Staff Accountant to Assistant Manager. His tenure at Deloitte honed his technical accounting expertise, audit capabilities, and leadership in managing client engagements across industries.
A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with a strong grounding in financial controls and business analytics, Pelehos brings over a decade of professional experience across public accounting and industrial operations. His combination of technical rigor and strategic foresight positions him well to guide PTW’s financial agenda as it continues to scale across Canada and the United States.
