Atlanta, Georgia, United States, February 2026 — Andy Biga has joined US Acute Care Solutions as Chief People Officer. In his new role, he will support clinicians and teams while strengthening a culture where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Prior to joining US Acute Care Solutions, Andy Biga served for several years as Chief People Officer at GoHealth Urgent Care, where he led enterprise-wide people strategy and culture initiatives. Earlier at GoHealth, he held the role of Senior Vice President, People, helping scale the organization’s talent capabilities during a period of rapid growth.
Before GoHealth, Andy Biga spent multiple years at JetBlue Airways in senior talent leadership roles, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Assessment and Director of Talent Management and Analytics, where he advanced data-driven talent strategies. During this period, he also served as an Adjunct Professor at New York University, teaching graduate courses in talent management and people analytics.
Earlier in his career, Andy Biga held leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, focusing on leadership development and people analytics, and worked with organizations including Verizon Wireless and TECO Energy in talent and assessment functions. He also served as a lecturer in psychology at the University of South Florida. He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida and completed executive education in design thinking at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
