Boca Raton, Florida, United States, September 2025 — RetailNext has announced the appointment of Andy McMillin as its new Chief Financial Officer. In his new role, McMillin will oversee the company’s financial strategy and operations as RetailNext continues to expand its leadership in providing real-time analytics solutions for physical retail environments.
McMillin brings over two decades of financial leadership experience across SaaS, technology, healthcare, and analytics-driven businesses.
Most recently, he was the Chief Financial Officer at AgencyBloc, where he guided the company’s financial strategy for more than two years. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Greenlight Guru, a leading platform supporting medical device companies, where he played a key role in scaling operations and strengthening business performance.
Earlier, McMillin was the CFO at Concurrent Real-Time, where he steered financial planning during its acquisition by Spectris plc. Before that, he spent nearly three years at Benefitfocus as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and Director of Business Partner Finance, driving operational efficiency and financial alignment for large-scale operations.
McMillin’s earlier career includes senior finance roles at Blackbaud, where he spent over eight years shaping financial planning and profitability strategies, along with leadership roles at TRUMPF Medical Systems USA and GE through its Experienced Commercial Leadership Program. He holds an MBA in Statistics and Marketing from Purdue University, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and the Operations Club.
