Yana has been part of the DL Research and DL News group for over a year, most recently serving as Head of Business Development. In this role, she was instrumental in forging high-impact partnerships, scaling business operations, and developing growth strategies aligned with the company’s data and news-driven ecosystem. Her leadership contributed to expanding DL News’ audience reach and enhancing brand engagement across international markets.
Prior to joining DL News, Yana served as a Senior Consultant at Baringa, where she led strategic consulting assignments across government, banking, and corporate sectors. Her experience in management consulting, stakeholder engagement, and C-level collaboration equipped her with the analytical and leadership skills essential for driving innovation in a rapidly evolving digital media landscape.
Before that, she worked as a Project Manager at UniCredit Bulbank, where she oversaw project portfolio management, resource allocation, and process improvement initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency and customer experience within one of Bulgaria’s leading financial institutions.
Yana’s career also includes extensive experience in international media and business intelligence, having held senior leadership roles at Oxford Business Group, ASAP Worldwide, and Global Business Reports (GBR). During this period, she managed global projects across regions such as Latin America, Asia, and Europe, producing in-depth sectoral intelligence reports in industries including mining, energy, and finance.
Her cross-functional background—spanning consulting, finance, media, and business development—positions her uniquely to guide DL News through the next phase of strategic expansion.
