York, England, United Kingdom, July 2025 – Angela M Chapman has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer at RockarTech, marking a strategic elevation in her long-standing career with the company. In this pivotal role, she will lead the people agenda across RockarTech’s operations, strengthening the company’s culture, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness as it scales globally.
Angela has been an integral part of RockarTech for over nine years, holding several leadership positions that reflect her versatility and deep operational expertise. Most recently, she served as Director of Client Success for over six years, where she played a critical role in client engagement and delivery, shaping key relationships across major automotive brands.
Before that, Angela served as Operations Director for nearly four years, managing the firm’s core operational strategies and delivery frameworks. Her earlier roles at RockarTech also include Head of Project Development, where she led major platform rollouts and digital transformation programs.
Prior to joining RockarTech, Angela worked as General Sales Manager – MINI at Sytner Sheffield, and spent over six years at Honda UK in progressive leadership roles including National Business Management, Regional Sales, and Dealer Support, spanning diverse territories in the UK and Ireland.
Angela began her career in finance, working as Regional Financial Controller at Pendragon and previously at Carnell Motorcycles, gaining early exposure to the automotive retail and distribution landscape.
