Washington, D.C.-Baltimore Area, United States, March 2025 – Angelique Kelly-Lara has been named Chief People Officer at CINQCARE, where she will be responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies that align with the organization’s mission, culture, and growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, she will play a key role in ensuring talent management, workforce planning, and DEI strategies drive organizational success.
Prior to joining CINQCARE, Angelique Kelly-Lara served as Senior Vice President, HR and Diversity – U.S. Food and Facilities at Aramark, where she led human resources operations, talent strategy, labor relations, and DEI initiatives. She played a critical role in driving workforce agility, ensuring diverse talent representation, and enhancing employee engagement.
Before that, she was Senior Vice President, Human Resources – Chief People Officer at Enterprise Community Partners, where she transformed HR operations, talent acquisition, total rewards, and diversity strategies. She also led a company-wide digital transformation initiative, integrating Workday for HCM and finance management.
Earlier, Angelique Kelly-Lara spent over five years at Choice Hotels International, where she served as Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition and Facilities. She led global hiring strategies, workforce planning, and employer branding and was instrumental in Choice Hotels being named a Forbes Best Employer for Diversity in 2019.
Her extensive career also includes senior HR leadership roles at McDonald’s, Banker’s Life and Casualty, and Aramark, where she specialized in talent management, labor relations, culture transformation, and executive leadership.
